CYPRESS KNOLL MENS GOLF ASSOCIATION
4TH QUARTER LUNCHEON MEETING
DECEMBER 14, 2012

The meeting was called to order at 1:25 p.m.

SECRETARY'S REPORT: Motion to approve September minutes made by George
Cook. Seconded by John Mynatt.

TREASURER'S REPORT: Harvey Lydecker reported total income of $218.00;
expenses of $451.00; with current balance of $776.54 as of December 14,
2012. Report will be posted in locker room. Harvey reminded us dues of $20.00 for 2013 are
due January 1, 2013.

PRESIDENT'S REPORT: Joe Merz reminded us that tee time for January thru March is 9:00 a.m.

ELECTION OF OFFICERS: George Cook made a motion for current officers to
continue in 2013. John Mynatt seconded the motion.

DIRECTOR OF GOLF REPORT: Michael stated the black sand on the greens was
to hold the heat in the cool weather. Mike also stated areas around some greens will get more attention where there
is a lack of grass.There is a 17 month plan in place for repairs to the course. Full maintenance crews wile continue to work
through the winter months. Bob Seiling mentioned to Michael that four holes at the Pine
course need additional white boundary stakes. Michael stated there will be some additional items
in the pro shop. Items can be ordered.

ADJOURNMENT: The meeting was adjourned at 1:50 p.m.
